RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
For Mask:
No return shall be allowed on this product due to the pandemic, replacement should only be applicable if you have shown evidence of broken seal etc. within 5 days after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).
RETURN POLICY (FOR OTHER PRODUCTS)
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our office/factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email).
The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
Please ensure that the product is packed securely so that it won’t get damaged during transit.
All customers must contact www.dawsontraders.com within 14 days before sending or returning any item to us.
www.dawsontraders.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to us.
DAMAGED AND LOST PRODUCTS:
• In the case of a product damaged in transit, the return request can be sent within 14 days after delivery, to our customer care via email. In the case of breakages, contact us with photographic evidence. The refund issue in this case will be the full cost of the product(s) as well as any original shipping fees paid.
• For lost parcels, we can only issue complete refunds (including the delivery charge). However, no replacements are applicable in this case.

The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. The amount of time taken for your refund to clear in your account is dependent on your banking/payment provider.
If you have any problems with your refund, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you, though we will not make any contact with your payment provider on your behalf.
